AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Treasurer to transfer certain funds
on deposit to Reserve State Bank.
WHEREAS, The Reserve State Bank of Salina.. Kansas has, in accordance
with Ordinance No. 3359, deposited with the City Treasurer certain
collateral as security for the deposit of city funds in said bank,
which collateral in the sum of $50,000.00 has been approved by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas..
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. `That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to deposit in the Reserve State Bank of Salina, Kansas
funds of the City of Salina, not exceeding in amount the par value
of the collateral security deposited with him by said bank, and
that the City Treasurer, City Manager and Director°of Finance be
and they are hreby authorized to sign and countersign,any warrants
or vouchers which may be necessary to affect the transfer of the
deposit of any funds now in other.banks to the Reserve State Bank.
Section 2, This ordinance shall take effect and be in frame
after its passage.
