claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. ''hat the sum of $371.25 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of moneys from the 1928 Bonds & Coupons. Fund in the
hands of the City Treasurer for the payment to Carl R. "kite, State
Treasurer, of bonds and coupons due January lst, 1928.
Section 2. That the Director of finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer payable on, but not before January lst, 1928, in
payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Oalina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $371.25 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of moneys from the 1928
Bonds & Coupons Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer
for the payment to Carl R. White, State Treasurer, of
bonds and coupons due Janiiary 1st, 1928.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer payable on, but not
before January 1st, 1928, in payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
