BOARD OF COMMISSYONERS, OF THE Cl,.UY OF SALIItyA, UiNSAS: Section 1. That the sum of X3,111.97 be and the same is here- by appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving -Vund in the City Treasury for final payment of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of street improvements in the City Of Salinas h-ansas$ under contract dated April 18th, 1927. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date.. and to draw interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum.
