AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
PB IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kanaas
Section 1. ghat there be and there is hereby appropriated out
of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sum of
$4,055.26 bn payment of the following claim;
H. J. Taylor Construction In payment of Engineer's
Company Estimate No. 6 on Sewage
Disposal Plant $4055.26
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer -for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board.of Commissioners,of the City of

Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the
