Ali ORDINANCE repealing Section 2 of Ordinance Number 3401 pro-
viding for the construction of Storm Sewer No. 6,
BE It ORDAINED 3Y THE BOARD OF COWdiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SLLINJ,,,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance Number 3401 passed
June 1st, 1927 providing for the construction of Storm Sewer No.
6 be and the same hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
