AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance Number 3400 providing for the
curbing, guttering, excavating, grading and paving of Gypsum
Avenue from the, west line -of Ohio Street to the west line of
Indiana Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina;.,,
Kansas:
Section 11, That Ordinance Number 3400 passed June lst, 1927'
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
