An Urdinance repealing Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2801, entitled,
"An ordinance regulating the sale of gasoline from curb
filling stations within the fire limits.of the City of
Salina," passed and approved June 11th, 1923.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners. of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2801, entitled,
"An Ordinance regulating the sale of gasoline from curb filling
stations within the fire limits of the City of.,Ialina," passed
and approved June 11th, 1923, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, May 5th, 1924.
Passed and approved, bray 12th, 1924.

An Ordinance repealing Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2801, en-
titled, "An Ordinance regulating the sale of gasoline
from curb filling stations within the fire limits of
the City of Salina," passed and approved June 11th,
1923.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of

by repealed.
