3382 AppropriationsE 11 E Ordinance No. 3382 AN ORDINANCE 'making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of §12,026.57 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. 4. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the 70% to be paid by the City of Salina of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to June 3rd, 19270 in the construction of certain Joint City and County Street improvements under a certain contract dated April 18th, 1927. Section 2. That Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) df this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 120 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum.
