AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby Appropriated
out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sum
of X5.,458.28 in payment of the following claim:
H. J. Taylor Construction In payment of Engineer's
Company monthly estimate No, 5 on
Sewage Disposal Plant 4p5456.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 3380
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City
Treasury the sum of $5,458.28 in payment of the following
claim:
H. J. Taylor Construction In payment of Engineer's
Company monthly estimate No. 5 on
Sewage Disposal Plant $5458.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in fb ll force from and after its passage.
