AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation out of funds on deposit in the
Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City Of Salinas
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated out
of funds of the City of Salina on deposit in the Fidelity National Bank
and Trust Company of Kansas City, Missouri, the sum of 46.,171.780 being
the amount of the Engineer s monthly estimate Number 5 on the Sewage
Pumping Stations Force Main, Sewage Treatment Plant and Outfall Sewers
said sum to be paid to the City Treasurer to be credited to the Sewage
Disposal Plant Fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and. he is nereoy
authorized to draw a warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurers for the payment of the sum of $6,171,78$ as pro-
vided by Section one (1) of this ordinances by said Fidelity National
Bank and Trust Company.
Section 3. That the Trust Department of the Fidelity National
Bank and Trust Company be and it is hereby authorized and directed to
release to the Bond Department of said Trust Company $6,000.00 par
value of the liberty bonds now held by it for the City Of Salina as
"security for the City's deposit in said Trust Company.
Section 4.i This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage*
