3356 Amending Ord 3317ORDINANCE NO. 3356
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of ordinance No. 3317 relating to the
parking of vehicles on certain streets and repealing said
original Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of ordinance No. 3317 passed
November 29, 1926, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows: "Section 1. That no person shall park or leave, or cause
or permit to be parked or left, any vehicle, as defined by Section
Two (2) of ordinance No. 1983, for more than'two hours at any one
time and in any one place, between the hours of seven o'clock A. M.
and seven o'clock P. M., on any day of the week except Sunday, on
any of the following streets in the pity of Salina, to -wit: Santa Fe
Avenue from Ash Street to a point 375 feet south of Walnut Street;
(Fifth Street, and Sgvsnth Street, between Ash and Walnut Streets;
and Iron Avenue between Fifth and Eighth Streets."
Section 2. That original Section 1 of ordinance No. 3317
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
