3370 Vacate AlleyI I E I ORDINANCE NO. 3370 blished in the AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain alley in the City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas Kansas: Section 1. That the ten foot alley running north and south between Brickyard Reserve No. 11 and Reserve No. 3, as shown on the original plat of the original Town site of the City of Salinas Kansass which said Reserves lie between Second Street and Third Street and between Walnut Street and the Smoky Hill nivers said alley extending north from the south line of Walnut Street to the south bank of the Smoky HilLr-.River, and which lies 120 feet east of the east line of Third Street and 120 feet west of the west line Of Second Streets and which alley runs north and south through what is now known as Lots 4 and 7 in Surveyorls Plat "J". be and the same is hereby vacated as a public alley, and that the land included within said vacated alley revert to the owners of the land adjacent thereto on each side thereof as provided by law. Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Salina Journal, the official city paper, and upon the filing of a copy thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
