AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,746.00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the General Fund (Street Department) in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Austin -Western Road Machinery
Company For 1 Road Grader $1746.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
(1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Department) in the City Treasury for the payment of the fol-
lowing claim:
