3368 Curbing & Guttering on Country Club RoadN ORDINANCE NO. 3368 (published in the Salina Journal 1927) AN ORDINANCE ratifying and confirming a contract for the curbing Country club "oad and guttering of the south side of 'from the east line of Marymount Road to the west ine of-Hilldale Road in the City of Salina. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas Kansas: Section 10 That the contract entered into between the City of Salina and L. 17. Rexroad on April 18ths 1927, and executed by the Mayor on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of said city on said tering of the south side of Country date, for the curbing and gutu Club Road from the east line of Marymount Road to the west line of Hilldale Road in said city and including the curbing and gutter- uttering ingaround the public park lying between the intersect4ions of West Park Lane and East Park Lane with said Country club "oad in accordance with the proposal of L. W. Rexroad filed in the office of City Clerk and submitted to the Board of commissioners on April 18th, 1927 be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed, and that said improvements be constructed, as provided for in said contracts in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, prepared by the City Engineer and now on file in the office of City Clerk, which plans and specifications have been heretofore and are now hereby approved by the Board of Commissioners, said gutter to be 7 ft. wide of 6 in. reinforced concrete at the contract price of $2.48 per sq. ii yd., and said curb to be 5 in. monolithic type at the contract price of 20� per lin. ft., and 5 in. country club type monolithic curb and gutter including excavation at the contract price of 75� per lin. ft. together with all excavation and all other work necessarily incidental to the construction of said improvements at and for the unit prices provided for in said proposal and contract which is hereby made a part of this ordinance as fully as if set forth at length herein. Section 2. That all excavating and filling and all of the labor performed and all material furnished for such work shall be in strict conformity to and in compliance with the plans and speci- fications of the City Engineer, above referred to and which are hdreby incorporated into and made a part hereof as fully as though written out at length herein.
