3364 AppropriationsAN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT OhDAINED by the Board of, Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sum of $5849.19 in payment of the following claim: H. J. Taylor Construction Co. Inpayment of Engineer's monthly estimate No. 4 on the Sewage Disposal Plant $5849.19 Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
