3364 AppropriationsAN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT OhDAINED by the Board of, Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated out
of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sum of
$5849.19 in payment of the following claim:
H. J. Taylor Construction Co. Inpayment of Engineer's
monthly estimate No. 4 on
the Sewage Disposal Plant $5849.19
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
