AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund in the City Treasury the sum
of $9,195.34 in payment of the following claim:
H. J. Taylor'Construction Co. In payment of Engineer's
monthly.estimate No. 2
on the Sewage Disposal
Plant $9,195.34
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
