AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation out of funds on deposit in
the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas: .
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the funds of the City of Salina on deposit in the Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas City, Missouri the sum
of $10,397.35, being,the amount of the Engineer's monthly estimate
Number 2 on the Sewage Pumping Station, Force Mains Sewage Treatment
Plant and Outfall Sewer, said sum to be paid to the City Treasurer
to be credited to the Sewage Disposal Plant Fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to draw a warrant, countersigned by the'City Manager
upon the City Treasurer, for the payment of the sum of $10,397.35,
as provided by Section One (1) of this ordinance, by said Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
