3381 AppropriationsORDINANCE NUMBER 3381 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas Kansas: Sjotion 1. That the suiA of $3,076,05 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the con- tract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to June 3rd, 1927 in the construction of street improvements under a certain contract dated April 18th, 1927. Sect -ion 2. That a Temporary Note of the City Of Salinas Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 120 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six (6%) per- cent per annum.
