ORDINANCE NO. 3336
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3317, entitled
"An ordinance.regulating the parking of vehicles on
certain streets in the City of Salina and providing
a penalty for the violation of this ordinance," and
repealing said original Section 4 of said ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3317 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 4. Any
person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance,
or who shall cause, permit or direct the violation thereof by any
person, or who shall cause, permit or direct any vehicle owned by
him or in his custody or charge or control to,be parked in violation
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than $2.00 nor more
than fp25.00 for each offense."
Section 2. That said original Section 4 of Ordinance
Number 3317 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.

providing a penalty for the violation of this ordinance,"
and repealing said original Section 4 of said ordinance.
