3334 Appropriations—ORDINANCE -NO.. -3334
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $929.65 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the
payrjent of the following claim:
National Bank of America Temporary Note #35 $929.65
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

An.Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $929.65 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of•the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
