AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation out of funds on deposit in the
Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the funds of the City of Salina on deposit in the Fidelity
National Bank and Grust Company of Kansas City, Missouri the sum of
$4,022.24 for the payment of the following claims:
-Chas. A. Haskins Design and Preparation of
Contract Documents for
Sewage Disposal Plant 6 3,744.84
Chas. A. Haskins Supervision of construe,
tion of Sewage Disposal.
Plant during January 1927 277.40
Total--------- $ 4,022.24
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to draw a warrant, countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the sum of '$4,022.24 as pro-
vided by Section One (1) of this ordinance, by said Fidelity National
Bank & Trust Company.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the funds of the City of Salina on deposit
in the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas
City, Missouri the sum of $4,022.24 for the payment of the
