AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Doard of Commissioners of the Oity of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. shat there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the Sewage Disposal Plant fund in the City Treasury the sum of
$38,340.00 in payment of the following claims:
H. J. Taylor Construction Company, In payment of Engineers,
monthly estimate No. 1
on the Sewage Disposal
Plant $37,840.00
Chas. E. Banker, For cash paid out of
Revolving Pound to James
Haley in part payment of
.Sewage Disposal Plant
site 500.00
Section 2. That the 1'irector of rinance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the pity Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
