AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation.out of funds on deposit in
the Fidelity National Bank and Trust Company.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Uommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1 shat there be and there is hereby appropriated
out of the funds of the City of Salina on deposit in the Fidelity
National Bank and Trust Company of Kansas City, Missouri the sum
of $49,464.05, being the amount of the Engineers monthly estimate
Number 1 on the Sewage Pumping Station, Force Main, Sewage Treat-
ment Plant and Outfall Sewer, and the sum of $3,125.00 for the
purchase price of the site for said sewage disposal plant, said
sums to be paid to the City Treasurer to be credited to the Sewage
Disposal Plant Fund.
Section 2, 'hat the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to draw a warrant, countersigned by the City Manager
on the City Treasurer, for the payment of the sum of $52,589.05 as
provided by Section 1 of this ordinance, by said Fidelity National
Bank and Trust Company.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation out of funds on deposit

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appro-
