AN ORDINANCE regulating the parking of vehicles on certain streets in the
City of Salina and providing a penalty for the violation of this ordinance.
BE 1-1' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
ion 1. That no person shall park or leave, or cause or permit
to be parked ft, any vehicle, as defined by Section Two (2) of Ordinanc
No. 19831 for more .a .ehaurs at any one time and in any one place,

day of the week except Sunday; on65 n following streets in the City
of Salina,
to -wit; Santa Fe Avenue,

between Ash
and Walnut Streets; and
Iron Avenue between

Section 2. The chief of police shall cause this ordinance to be en-
forced and shall cause all vehicles parked on the streets described in
Section one to be marked in such manner as a�ay be found expedient once
each two hours between seven o'clock A. N. and seven o'clock P. M. on week
day, and any .person who shall remove, erase or destroy or cause to be re-
moved, erased or destroyed any mark or tag placed on any such vehicle by
any police office, otherwise than for the purpose of and in the course of
complying with the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and fined as hereinafter provided.
Section 3. Nothing in this ordinance, shall be deemed to affect the
place or manner of parking vehicles on any of said streets as now pro-
vided by ordinance, except as herein specifically provided.

AN ORDINANCE regulating thegparking of vehicles on certain
streets in the City of Salina and prdviding a penalty for
the violation of this ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. 'That no person shall park or leave, or cause

charge or control to be parked in violation of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined in any sum not less than $2.00 nor more than
$25.00 for each offenoel�provided, that upon a second con-
viction for violating any of the provisions of this ordinance,
no fine shall be less than $5.00.
