AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation dor the payment of a certain
claim
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $929.65 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to C. T. Snyder, Contractor, Salina, Kansas, from the
Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final
estimate of contract price for the construction of a storm sewer
in Storm Sewer District Number 4, in the City of Salina, Kansas,
under contract dated November 22nd, 1926.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the Claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at
the rate of 42 per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be infull
force from and after its passage.
