AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a certain alley in Surveyor's
Plat No. 31 in the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the east 158 feet of the fourteen foot
alley which runs east and west between Park Street and Ash
Street, west of the Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way,
and lying between and adjacent to the east 158 feet of Lots
1 and 12 in Surveyor's Plat No. 31 in said city, be and the
dame is hereby vacated as a public alley, and that..the portion
of said alley so vacated shall revert to the owners of the
land thereto adjoining on each side, in equal portions, in
proportion to the frontage of such land; Provided, that when
in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary
to reopen such alley, it shall be reopened as provided by law.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its publication in the official city
paper.

An Ordinance vacating a portion of a certain alley in Surveyor's
Plat No. 31 in the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the -City of
Salina, yansas:
SEC2ION 1. That the east 158 feet of the fourteen foot alley
which runs east and west between Park Street and 1sh Street, west
of the Liissouri Pacific 'Railroad right of l,Jay, and lying between
and adjacent to the east 158 feet of Lots one and twelve in
Surveyor's Plat No. 31 in said city, be and the same is hereby
vacated as a public alley, and that the portion of said alley so
vacated shall revert to the ovmers of the land thereto adjoining
on each side, in equal portions, in proportion to the frontage
of such land; Provided, that when in the opinion of the Board of
Commissioners it is necessary to reopen such alley, it shall be
reopened as provided by law.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
