AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.
That
the
sum of
$390123.80 be
and the
same
is here-
by appropriated out
of
the
Paving
and Sewer Fund
in the
City
Treasury
for the payment of the following claims.
Pl4nters State Bank For Temporary Notes & Interest
on same $ 212009.76
Reserve State Bank For Temporary Notes & Interest
on same 14,708089
National Bank of
America For Temporary Notes & Interest
on same $ 30405.15
Total------------ 390123.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One t1) of this ordinance.
Section 3.• Thislordinance shall take affect and be in full
force from and after itst�passage..

An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous
purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $39,123.80 be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving and Sewer
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment -of the following
claims:
Planters State Bank For Temporary Notes & Interest
on same $21,009.76
Reserve State Bank For Temporary Notes & Interest
on Same $14,708.89
National Bank of For Temporary Notes & Interest
America on same 3.405,15
Total -------------------$39,123.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
