AN ORDINANCE levying special assessments against the property
herein described to pay.the cost of constructing
certain sidewalks in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby levied and
assessed against each of the lots and parts of lots hereinafter,
described, a special tax or assessment for the purpose of paying
the cost of constructing certain sidewalks as authorized by
Ordinance Number 3259 abutting on said property,.in the various
amounts set opposite the following described lots and parts of
lots, to wit:

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and
authorized to immediately certify the assessments made in Section
One (1) of this ordinance to the County Clerk of Saline County,
Kansas, to be placed upon the tax roll for collection, subject
to the same penalties and collected in like manner as other.taxes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
