AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a certain alley in the City of
Salina,:Kansas
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of•Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in consideration of the dedication by -the
Masonic Temple Aid Association to the City of Salina, Kansas for
alley purposes, of the North 15 feet of Lot 181 on Seventh Street,
which dedication has been duly executed and acknowledged by said
Masonic Temple Aid Association, the owners thereof, and delivered
to the City of Salina, the following described portion of the ten
(10) Foot alley lying between and parallel with Santa Fe Avenue
and Seventh Street, running north from the north.line of South
Street 185 feet, and lying between and adjacent to the South 35 feet
of lot 182, and all of lots 184, 186, and 188 on Santa Fe Avenue,
and the South 35 feet of lot 181, and all of lots 183:, 185 and 187
on Seventh Street, be and the same is hereby vacated.and that.sa$d
portion of said alley last described revert to.the owners of the
lots adjacent to and abutting upon said portion of said alley.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall .take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
