ORDINANCE NUMBER 3280
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 048.18 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of ,the following claim:
L. W. Rexroad, For balance due on final estimate dated
November 21, 1925, for approximately 700
ft. of curb and gutter and about 40 cubic
yards of excavation on Washington Avenue
from 12th to Phillips, and on Phillips
Street from Morrison to Washington ------$548.18
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) hereof.

Section 3. This ordinance. shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
