AN ORDINANCE_malfing an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. That the sum of $617.90 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to Snyder & Meilert out of the Special Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of final estimate of the contract price
for constructing a sewer in Storm Sewer District Number 2, under
contract dated July 9th, 1926.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,.
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and ones
half per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
