AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
cla iits .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $10,131.15 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to L. 47. Rexroad from the Special Pav-
ing Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate
of the contract price for the improving of certain streets in-
cluded in contract dated.June 23rd, 1926 as follows:
Paving Baker Street from South Street to
Morrison Avenue---- ------------------------- $3,976.23
Curbing, guttering and graveling Ellsworth
Avenue, Ash Street, Third Street and College
Avenue-------------------------------------- $60154.92
Section 2.
Total ------------- $10,131.15
That Temporary Notes of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claims mentioned in
Section One tl) of this ordinance, said Temporary Notes.to be,
payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest
at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. That the sum of $$10,131.15 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the
Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
final estimate of the contract price for the improving of
certain streets included in contract dated June 23rd, 1926
as follows:

Section 2. That Temporary Notes of the City of

Temporary Notes to be payable on or before §9Q.1—days from

per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shallt ake effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
