AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $12,480.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Water & Light Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
City of Salina, (Water Dept) Hydrant rentals for first
6 months of 1926----------$12,480.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:

same is hereby appropriated out of the Water & Light Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following
claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned.by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in 6ection One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
