AN ORDINANCE authorizing the conveyance of certain real estate by
the City of Salina to C. H. Harper and Mary D. Harper.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sale by the City of Salina, Kansas to
C. H. Harper and Mary D. Harper, his wife, of the following described
land situated in Saline County, Kansas to -wit: The east 20 feet of
Lot 13 in Block 1 in Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of Salina,
for the sum of $50.00, be and the same is hereby authorized, and
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City be and they are hereby
authorized and directed, upon the receipt of the consideration above
named, to execute and,,- eliver, under the seal of said city, a special
warranty deed conveying said premises to the persons above named.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.

An Ordinance authorizing the conveyance of certain real estate
by the City of Salina to C. H. Harper and Bary D. Harper.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Sansas:
SECTION 1. That the sale by the City of Salina, Kansas, to
C. H. Harper and Pilary D. Harper, his wife, of the following de-
scribed land situated in Saline County, Kansas to -wit: The
