AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2745.88 be and the same is here-
by appropriated to Snyder & Meilert, Contractors, Salina, Kansas
from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
of 85% -of the contract price for the construction of a storm sewer
in storm sewer district No. 2 included in contract dated July 9th,
1926.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(�) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of
four and one-half (42/) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
