,.AN ORDINANCE extending the route of the bus line operated by the
Salina Street Railway Company as authorized by Ordinance No. 32272
and changing the schedule fixed in said ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas.:
Section 1. That the route of the bus line operated by
the Salina Street Railway Company, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Ordinance No. 3227, be extended from Ninth Street
and Iron Avenue, west on Iron Avenue to College Avenue, thence
north to State Street, thence east to Phillips Street, thence
south to Iron Avenue, so that the complete route as extended
shall be as follows: 'Commencing at the entrance to the Country
Club grounds at the Northeast corner of Section 18-14-2 thence
south to the center of Iron Avenue thence west on,Iron Avenue
to College Avenue, thence west on Iron Avenue to College Avenue,
thence north to State Street thence east to Phillips Street,
thence south to Iron Avenue thence east along the same route
to place of beginning.
n 2. That the Salina Street Railway Company shall

amended, changed or repealed by this ordinance except as
specifically provided for in Section 1 and 2 hereof, and all other
provisions and conditions of said ordinance No. 3227 shall remain
in full force and effect, and the City of Salina shall have the
right at any time hereafter to alter or change the route and
schedule provided for in section 1 and 2 of this ordinance whenever
the Board of Commissioners of said City deem such change to be
necessary.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its aeopptance in writing by the Salina Street Railway Company
within 10 days from the date of its final adoption and after its pub-
lication in the official city paper.
