3258 AppropriationsORDINANCE -N0.-3258 An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $5,294.64 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. "exroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate of the contract pries.for the improving of certain streets included in contracts dated April 5th, 1926., as follows: Widening Seventh Street from Walnut to Elm ---------------- $4,542.55 Curbing, excavating & surfacing with sand clay Lincoln Avenue, Tenth Street and Thirteenth Street---------------------------------------------------- 752.09 Total ------------------ $5,294.64 Section 2. That the Temporary Botes of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of -=the claims mentioned in Section One.(1) of this ordinance, asd,Temporary Notes to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
