3226 AppropriationsANORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,912.35 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claim:
Reserve State Bank, Temporary Notes and Interest $13,912.35
on same.
Section 2. That the Director (f Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section one ('1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full.foree from and after its passage.
