3219 Amending Ord 3082ORDINANCE_NO..-321
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 5 of OPdinance No. 3082 of the City of Salina,
Kansas, and repealing said original Section 5 of such ordinance.
'BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners'of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3082 of the City of Salina,
Kansas, passed and approved March 2nd, 1925, being section 20-105 of the
Revised Ordinances of 1925, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows: 1120-105 (Section 5) The persons,'firms or corporations required by
Section 2 (20-102) of this ordinance"to register shall register annually
hereafter during the months of Spril and Mayoof each year or whenever during
any year -any such person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business
described in Section Two hereof, and all cows required to be registered by
this ordinance shall be registered annually during said months of April and
May of each year or whenever during .any year the milk produced by any cow
not previously registered during such ,year shall be sold or offered for sale
in the City of Salina; provided however, whenever any such person', firm or
corporation shall have -registered.. or .whenever any such eova shall have been
registered,"after Januaby 1st of any such year, no additional registration
&hereof shall be required during the aame calendar year".
Section 2. That original Section Five of Ordinance No._3082, being
Section 29=105 Revised Ordinances 1925, be and the same is hereby repealed.
'Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city paper.

shall be required during the same calendar year ".
Section 2. That original Section Five of Ordinance No. 3082,
being Section 20-105 Revised Ordinances 1925, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effec& and and be in
force fxoom and after its publication in the official city paper.
