An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.That the sum of $709.21 be and the same is hereby,
appropriated to L; W. "exroad frota the Special Paving Fund in the City
Treasury of Salina', Kansas, for the final payment of Paving Contract
dated November 16th, 1925, according to City Engineer's estimate on
file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Bote of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
sixty (60) days from date and to draw interest at the rate of
six (6%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take_effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
