An.ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of x$''2564.88 be and the same is hereby
appropriated but of the General Fund (Administration and Finance
Department) for the payment of the f ollowing claim :
Austin -western Road Machinery Company Balance Due on Street
Sweeper $2564.88
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
aut!iorized to -issue a .warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in5ection
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effeeg and be in full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, January 18th, 1926.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of x$2564.88 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund
(Administration & Finance Department) for the payment
of the following claim:
Austin -Western Road Machinery Balance due on
Company, Street Sweeper x$2564.88
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
