AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim
BE IT. ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $985.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Fund (Police Department) in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Morgenstern -Pyle -Robinson, Purchase price of carefor Police
Department --------$985.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $545.00 countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the part payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, and for
the balance of $440.00 a Temporary Note shall be issued maturing
August 1st, 1926, bearing interest at the rate of 6% from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in -full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, January 18th, 1926.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
