An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.' That the sum of $38,453.33 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the 1926 Bonds and
Coupons Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer foie the payment:t&
Carl R. White, State Treasurer and Fiscal Agent, of bonds, coupons
and commission due January 1st, 1926.
Sectiom 2. That the Directof.of. Finance be and he is
hereby.authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the'City Treasurer payable on; but not before January
1st, 1926, in payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in LAIL
force from and after its'passage.
