An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $3453.78 be and the -same is hereby
appropriated to L. w. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City
Treasury of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of 85% of the contract price
for the curbing, guttering and p aving of certain streets in the City.of
Salina, Kansas, according to City Engineer's Estimate Number 2, of
Contract Number 2, on Paving Construction, now on file.in the office
of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Bote of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the,claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90
days from date and to draw interest at the rate of sixth%) per cent
per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

of Salina, Kansas:

is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special

the payment of 85% of the contract price for the curbing,
guttering and paving certain streets in the City of Salina,
