An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim,
Be It Ordained by -the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of §4253.79 be and the same is her(>by
appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City
Treasurry of Salina, Kansas, for the final payment of contract price
for the cost of curbing, guttering and surfacing with sand clay cer-
tain streets in the City of Salina, according to City Engineer's
final estimate of Fall Contract Number 1, for 1925 on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the paymenL oDf the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six
per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
