An Ordinance malting an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
..BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,183.38 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. hexroad from the Special Paving Fund in
the City Treasury;of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of 85% per the
contract price for the curbing, guttering and paving of certain streets
in the City of Salina, Kansas, according to City Engineer's Estimate
Number 1 of Conctract Number 2 on Paving Construction now on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a temporary note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of this claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this Ordinance,. -said Temporary Note being payable on or
before February Seventeenth, 1925, and to draw interest at the
rate of six (6/) per cent per annum.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
