AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board 'of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4,070.76.be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. Gd. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in
the City Treasury of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of 85% of the
contract price for the curbing and guttering certain streets in the City
of Salina, Kansas, according to City Engineer's estimate Number 1 on
file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in'Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to -be payable on or
before December 15th, 1925, and to draw interest.at_the rate of six
(6%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance. shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
