AN ORDINANCE making an api.;ropriation for the T-ayment of/certain
claiih.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $309.40 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special sewer Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of Estimate No. 1, for labor performed in
the construction and drainage of Storm Sewer No.20, under contract
dated October 27, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said 'temporary Note to be payable on or before
60 days from date and to draw 42% interest per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
