AN ORDIN .NCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE I'T' ORDAINED by the Board of Com issioners cf the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X1,850.79 be and the same is here-
by appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the
City Treasury for the palrment of Estimate No. 1, for materials
ftzrnished and labor-.erformed in the construction of Lateral
Sanitary Sewers Nos. 163 and 164, under contract dated October
try, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temp-,rary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim r^entioned in Secti.^n
1 of this ordinance, said Tem:-orary Note to be parable on or before
6n days from date and '-,o dra- interest at 41, per annum..
Section_ 3. This ordinance shall take effect: and be In force
from and after its i-assage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,850.79 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate No. 1,
for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of
Lateral Sanitary Sewers Nos. 163 and 164, under contract dated
October 27, 1930.
