AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAIiiED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4135.35 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Seger Fund in the City
Treasury for the pqv ment of Estimate No. 2, for materials furnished
and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers
Nos. 5, 144, 145, 149 and 162 and for Storm Sev..Ter Number 19, under
contract dated October 13, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this
ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 6,-) days
from date and to draw Wo interest per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
